Went in for an oil leak. Accessory drive pully was bad and leaking. Gary called and said I needed a head gasket also cause there was oil down the back of the motor from the head. Gary then told me it would be $2500 unless I needed a new head. Fast forward 3 weeks I get the call my truck is done and the bill is $8500 with no new head... afterwards I had to bring the truck back 3 separate times because Gary (or his mechanic) kept using the wrong accessory drive and it kept leaking. Finally the fourth time it was in the shop he rebuilt my original pulley. I then later recieved a bill for over $1300 for the return work. Including $450 for rebuilding the pulley but was never credited the $450 he charged for the pulley. They refuse to send me an itemized invoice. I've seen this invoice 1 time. I've called numerous times requesting it. All I get is a peice of paper that says balance forward. This is something he does often. We call it the bill you later and bill you abundantly I personally know of 3 people who have similar stories. Make sure your balance is paid in full when you leave and don't leave contact info
